The “In Person” pickup of checks for verified ELDERS 55 and older will be available on Monday, June 28 in the casino conference center. No checks will be available at the casino on Monday for people under 55 years of age. We will bring signage to inform Tribal members under 55 that their checks will not be available until Tuesday.
To avoid congestion at the casino, we will issue the ERA checks for all verified employees over the age of 18 on Monday morning at the Tribal Office; the employee checks will be sorted by department and available for Directors at 9:00 a.m. at the Accounting window.
A team of 6 Accounting people will be going to the casino on Monday through Wednesday, June 28-30, from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. to distribute checks to verified Tribal members who indicated they wanted to retrieve their check in person. There are two entrances to the conference center, through the main casino doors or through the Lodge. Verified members not yet 18, but who will be 18 by December 31, are asked to enter the casino through the Lodge doors.
The Accounting team will return to the Peter Larson room on Thursday, July 1, 2021 through July 10 to issue checks on the following schedule: Any check not picked up by July 10 will be mailed on July 12.
Please note the Tribal Office will be closed for the July 4th Holiday from noon on Friday, July 2nd to Tuesday, July 6th.
Starting July 12th, 2021, all checks not picked up in person will be mailed via U.S. postal service.
The deadline to submit a verification form is September 30, 2021.
