Healthy Living With Diabetes Workshop Coming in September

The Lac Courte Oreilles Community Health Center will hold the next Healthy Living With Diabetes workshop series beginning Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm in the large conference on the lower level of the health center.

Healthy Living With Diabetes is a 6 week workshop where you'll do more than learn about your condition, you'll practice strategies, support others, and gain new tools to take better care of yourself.

This proven, community-based program offers tools and resources to enhance your understanding of what it means to have diabetes. Group support helps you build the confidence to manage your diabetes and maintain an active and fulfilling life. It is facilitated by two trained Leaders in a small group setting. Each week has various topics related to mental, physical, and emotional well- being. Gain knowledge, share your experience, practice new skills, and help others by attending this workshop!
