In response to COVID-19, the LCO Housing Authority is temporarily suspending all annual unit inspections. To ensure the health and safety of our Maintenance staff and also limit exposure to our tenants, the Maintenance department will only be responding to Emergency or Health & Safety work orders. Additionally, when calling for maintenance services staff have been instructed to ask if anyone may be sick in your house so that the appropriate precautions can be taken by staff. The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will be providing additional information related to program operations. LCO Housing Authority will continue to monitor the situation, and will provide more information when it is available. We would like to thank everyone for their understanding and patience during these trying and difficult times. Please be safe and follow all safety guidance.
