Big Fish Golf Course's Annual Junior Golf Clinic kicked off on Friday, June 4, with nearly 60 kids participating in the camp from ages 6 to 17. Big Fish General Manager, William LaPointe, said that 35 of those kids didn't have their own set of golf clubs, so several groups came together to change that.

"Today, we were able to do something very special! With help from the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Governing Board, Sevenwinds Casino and Big Fish Golf Club, we were able to donate 35 new sets of clubs to those kids that didn't have their own set! Pretty cool to see their faces light up," LaPointe stated.

LaPointe noted the golf clinic saw a huge increase in participation from last year more than doubling.
