Ribbon Cutting held for new Hayward law firm

A ribbon cutting was held for a new law firm in Hayward, the Czarnecki VenRooy Law Office on County Road B. Susan was admitted to practice law in Wisconsin state and federal courts in 2017 and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in 2018. She graduated cum laude from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and obtained her Juris Doctor with honors from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. While in law school, she won the Midwest Regional Negotiation Competition and advanced to the national finals. She also won an award for her scholarly work examining the long-term effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).

Susan’s practice focuses on family law, estate planning and probate, real estate disputes, and general civil litigation. She holds a certificate in conflict resolution from the Dispute Resolution Institute and has a certification in international arbitration.

Susan grew up on the Chippewa Flowage in Hayward, and is happy to be back home. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Chippewa and Eau Claire County Bar Associations, and former president of the Kiwanis Club of Eau Claire. Susan enjoys biking, hiking, and kayaking. She loves to ski year-round: cross country when there is snow and behind a boat when temps are above freezing. She is proud to be the loudest cheerer at OO every February!
