Sevenwinds helps to make this holiday memorable

In the spirit of giving during the holiday season, the Sevenwinds Casino, Lodge and Conference Center departments decided that they would like to give back to the community in some small way.

Each department decorated 12 Christmas trees along with food baskets and donated them to LCO Department of Social Services Indian Child Welfare. ICW determined the families that received the baskets this year based on need and current ICW family.

"On behalf of the entire department we would like to again say Chi-Miigwech to the Sevenwinds Casino staff for their genorosity to ensure a good and memorable holiday time for families in the Lco community," said ICW Director, Chally Topping-Thompson.

"Our Management Team's desire was to brighten the smiles of some local families that may need a little extra Holiday Help. Each department decorated a pre-lit Xmas tree with ornaments along with assembling food baskets that also included gifts," said Executive Director of Operations, Randy Cadotte. "The entirety of the decorations, food and gifts were donated from all levels of our Team. Our Team Members truly displayed the spirit of giving back and were very passionate and enjoyed being involved with suppo

rting our community. Our Executive Team was extremely proud of how all our Team Members joined together and contributed to this great cause."
