WOJB Announces Upcoming Concerts

Minnesota-based songwriter, musician and producer Erik Koskinen performs Friday, Aug 18 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sawmill Saloon in Seeley, Wis, 10 miles north of Hayward on U.S. HWY 63.

Koskinen and his top-flight band, whose sound comes out of the traditions of American folk, country, rock & roll, and the blues, will perform an outdoor show at the Sawmill's festival grounds. The show will move indoors to the Sawmill’s Freight Station Theater in the case of rain.

Admission is $10. Reserve a spot by calling (715) 634-2100. Tickets are also available at the door.

WOJB is also bringing contemporary folk icon Dar Williams Sunday, Nov 12 to The PARK Center, U.S. HWY 63 in downtown Hayward.

For 25-plus years, Dar Williams’ incisive songwriting with songs like “When I Was a Boy,” “Empire” and “The Christians and the Pagans,” has been capturing the ears and hearts of both critics and public radio listeners alike.

Special guest artist Lilli Lewis, known as New Orlean’s “Folk Rock Diva,” opens the show at 7:00 p.m.

Advance tickets are $30 at WOJB.org. Admission is $40 the day of the show.
